I've always liked using baskets in my decor. From corralling clutter to organizing crafty things, not to mention the great texture that they provide. Usually I find great baskets anywhere from Hobby Lobby to Pier 1, and even at Wal-mart. Of course while thrifting, I take a look too. I found a couple on a recent trip and decided to.......wait for it, spray paint them. I know shocker right?
Both of them were in great shape, and didn't remind me of a basket from the local florist, which most of the second hand baskets do. I loved the open weave of this oval one and decided to paint this one Ivy Leaf (Krylon)
Love the colors you painted them. So fresh and new looking!
